As flydubai Cabin Crew, you'll be part of a dynamic and multicultural team that ensures a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for our diverse customer base. No two days are the same—you'll meet people from around the world, work in a fast-paced environment, and play a vital role in making every journey memorable. Role Requirements. To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum height of 158 cm – in accordance with our safety regulations. Well-groomed and professional appearance – in line with flydubai's grooming standards. No visible tattoos while in uniform. Possession of a valid passport. In good health – with the ability to pass an aero medical examination. Fluent in written and spoken English – proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Confident in the water – when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket. Willing to work irregular hours – including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Enthusiastic and proactive – with a passion for delivering excellent service. Respectful, adaptable, and willing to work in a multi-cultural team environment. Safety-conscious attitude – with the ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and effective manner. Willing to relocate to Dubai (UAE). Minimum Education and Experience. High school diploma or equivalent – a must. International aviation experience – an advantage. 1 year of experience in a customer service role – ideally in aviation, hospitality, or retail. Training Bond. USD 2,650 / approx. AED 9,700 – for the first year. Pay & Benefits. Monthly Compensation Package: Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 8,275. Plus Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 4,500 (Based on average of 90 flying hours). Other Benefits: Medical Insurance – comprehensive coverage. End of service benefit – as per UAE labor law.
