Campaign and Social Media Manager - Google, Meta & YouTube (Smart Home Retail in UAE)

OVERVIEW

Smartify Spaces (a smart home technology supplier) is looking for a freelance paid social media campaign manager to run a co-branded campaign with a retail partner to promote and generate sales for two smart home products which will be sold through the partner's webstore and retail branches in the UAE.

This campaign will have a 6-month period and will require ongoing management and optimisation across Smartify’s social and ad platforms (Google, Meta, and YouTube), not a one-off campaign setup job.

The full campaign brief that outlines further details is attached to this job listing - please review it in full before applying. Below is some overview information regarding the job.

WHAT MATTERS MOST FOR EXECUTION

Full-funnel ownership:

You will be required to manage campaign setup, deployment, ongoing optimisation, and rework all channels (including Google Search, Meta for Instagram and Facebook, and YouTube), not just one channel.

Phased audience strategy:

Phase 1 is the primary targeting phase which targets a broader audience aligned with the main target audience (to control CPC).

Phase 2 is the second wave which retargets users who previously engaged with Phase 1 ads.

Strategic audience targeting will be used to control CPC/CPM and experience in this area is required for this job.

Creative assets (TVCs and video ads) are already being produced - the freelancer’s job is placement, copy variation, YouTube metadata/description input, and analysis and performance optimisation. This job will not require video or creative production.

Every campaign/creative change will need to go through Smartify’s and the partner’s approval before going live. As such, the freelancer will need a workflow that accommodates review cycles without publication delays and stalling optimisation momentum.

This job is an ongoing engagement spanning the full 6-month period (including the pilot, optimisation and consolidation phases). Availability across that full period is required and expected.

The AED 10,000/month figure in the full brief is the media/ad spend budget, not including the freelancer’s fee. The fee for the job and any proposals should note that a) the outlined marketing budget does not include the fees for campaign management done by the freelancer and b) the scope of work does not require the production of creatives or video assets.

DISQUALIFIERS - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF ANY OF THE BELOW APPLIES TO YOU

You can only manage one platform (i.e. Meta only, or Google only). We need one freelancer who can own all our channels together.

You're looking for a one-time campaign setup or short-term project. We need availability across the full 6-month campaign, including ongoing optimisation.

You expect to produce/edit creative assets. All TVCs and video ads will be supplied - no creative production is in the scope of work.

You don't have hands-on experience with audience segmentation/targeting strategies to reduce CPC/CPM. This is a required skill for this role, not a nice-to-have.

You're not able to work within a partner-approval workflow (i.e., ads need sign-off from Smartify and partners before launch).

TO APPLY

Please review the attached brief in full, then include:

- 2-3 relevant examples of paid campaigns you've managed (platforms, your role, results)

- Confirmation you can own all three platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube) for this campaign

- Your proposed workflow/reporting cadence for a 6-month engagement with partner approval cycles

- Your hourly rate and estimated weekly time commitment
