Role Description The Car Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, documents, and other items as required, following assigned routes and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle, and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

The driver will interact with internal staff and external contacts in a professional manner, assist with loading and unloading items when needed, and ensure compliance with local traffic laws and company policies. The role may also involve supporting occasional administrative tasks related to transportation, such as logging trips and fuel usage.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including courtesy, patience, and clear communication with passengers and colleagues.
  • Candidates should possess Automotive-related skills, such as basic vehicle maintenance awareness, safe driving practices, and familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, including willingness to learn company procedures and participate in ongoing safety or compliance training.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Insurance awareness, including basic understanding of client-facing behavior and adherence to insurance and liability requirements during transport.
  • Valid driver’s license for Qatar, with a clean driving record and several years of professional driving experience.
