Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month, increasing to AED 9,000 after successful completion of your probation and performance review.

We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator - Rota Scheduler to join our friendly and growing team supporting UK home care services.

This is a busy but rewarding role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive the care they need by creating and managing care staff rotas. You'll work from our home office in The Springs, Dubai.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and managing daily care rotas using care scheduling software.
  • Matching carers to client visits while considering availability and travel times.
  • Making quick adjustments when schedules change.
  • Communicating with carers and managers throughout the day.
  • Keeping all records and schedules accurate and up to date.
  • Helping us continue to grow and deliver outstanding care services.
We're looking for someone who has
  • At least two year's experience as a Care Coordinator or Rota Scheduler within a domiciliary/home care service (essential).
  • Experience using care rota or workforce scheduling systems.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and other digital systems.
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • A calm, positive approach when working under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Visa Requirements Applicants must be willing and able to transfer to the company's UAE employment visa (free zone visa transfer required). Unfortunately, we're unable to consider applicants who cannot transfer their visa.
