Responsibilities

  • Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and receipt issuance.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, chat, or email, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Assist customers with product information, demos (when applicable), and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Manage order processing, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while maintaining organizational accuracy.
  • Conduct basic product merchandising online by updating listings and ensuring accurate descriptions to optimize sales.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions while ensuring quality service at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
  • Prior experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and problem resolution.
