Role Description The Change Management Consultant is a on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will design and implement change management strategies and plans to support business transformation initiatives across client organizations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing change impacts, conducting stakeholder analyses, facilitating workshops and creating communication and training plans that drive adoption. The role involves partnering with client leadership and project teams to identify risks, define success metrics and track progress, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained. The consultant will also prepare clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of Stravision’s change management frameworks and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess change impacts and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience in business transformation, including designing and executing change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Background in management consulting or consulting roles, with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create clear messages, facilitate meetings and present to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience leading change management activities within complex or multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and inclusive working style.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to dynamic client needs.
  • Familiarity with risk management, governance and corporate growth frameworks is beneficial.
