KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Coordinate and follow up on contracts within the Maximo system and the EPQ system

# Manage communication channels with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective control

# Follow up on ideas and suggestions, provide recommendations through the CRM system, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to close them for business development purposes

# Study employee needs to develop and implement appropriate training and development programs

# Ensure timely delivery of business objectives to the department manager through effective follow-up with departments

# Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

# Provide administrative and technical support to the Department Manager's office and department managers

# Prepare minutes of management meetings for committees and teams and follow up on the implementation of their recommendations

# Prepare and follow up on the department-wide benchmarking plan and participate in preparing output reports

# Follow up on official department reports and correspondence and ensure their closure within the specified timeframe

# Enter outsourcing employee data into the automated services system

# Regularly monitor the risk management system

# Participate in monitoring project implementation on the OPMS system and ensure adherence to the schedule by updating relevant data and documents

# Enter the department's annual budget into the Hyperion system in coordination with the Finance Department

# Regularly monitor and update the compliance system

# Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent from an accredited university. 2 years of Experience in the field
