Chief Pharmacist - Compounding Pharmacy

Lead and oversee daily pharmacy and compounding operations ensuring compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations Supervise sterile and non-sterile compounding processes including preparation quality control storage and dispensing Ensure all compounded medications are prepared accurately according to prescriptions and established protocols Maintain high standards of pharmaceutical quality safety hygiene documentation and regulatory compliance Manage and supervise pharmacy staff including training performance monitoring and workflow management Coordinate with physicians healthcare providers and other professionals regarding customized medication requirements Monitor inventory pharmaceutical ingredients equipment and controlled processes Implement and maintain SOPs quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement initiatives Handle inspections audits documentation and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.Valid DHA Pharmacist License/Eligibility is mandatory.Minimum 5+ years of UAE pharmacy experience.Previous experience in compounding pharmacy is highly preferred/required.Strong knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding practices.Experience in pharmacy operations, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team management.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
