About the Role

Habico Properties is looking for a highly motivated Chinese Social Media Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified buyer and investor leads for Dubai real estate through leading Chinese digital platforms.

If you understand the Chinese digital ecosystem, know how to build online communities, and can attract genuine property buyers through engaging content and conversations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified real estate leads through Chinese social media platforms, including:
  • WeChat
  • Xiaohongshu (RED)
  • Douyin
  • Weibo
  • Bilibili
  • Zhihu
  • Create and publish engaging Chinese-language content focused on Dubai real estate and investment opportunities.
  • Manage and grow social media communities and groups.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Build relationships with potential investors and homebuyers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the Chinese digital market and implement innovative lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience generating leads through Chinese social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese digital marketing landscape.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written). English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or online community management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in real estate marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate or international property investment.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on Chinese platforms.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to create short-form video and visual content.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
