Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a CRM Admin to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update customer records, databases, and internal CRM-related documentation - Prepare, organize, and process customer-related documents and files - Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information and documentation - Support the Customer Relations team with administrative tasks and document management - Manage filing systems and maintain proper records of contracts, requests, and client documents - Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for internal use - Verify data accuracy and ensure all required information is properly recorded - Coordinate document flow between Customer Relations, Sales, Legal, and other departments - Assist with administrative processes related to customer records and project documentation - Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company documents Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in administration, CRM administration, document control, or a similar role - Experience in real estate, property development, or customer service departments is preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents and data - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to work with large volumes of information and maintain structured records - Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems - English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage What We Provide - Competitive salary as per the market - Official employment under UAE Labor Law - Employment visa and medical insurance - Modern office and friendly environment at work Тип вакансії: Повна зайнятість Місце роботи: Фізична присутність
