These include the luxury and lifestyle brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the premium Crowne Plaza, and the essentials Holiday Inn & Suites.
In addition to over 1,600 rooms, the cluster boasts a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the‑art gym and swimming pool facilities.

Understand pricing strategy, monitor, and adjust rates for the future.Understand properly forecasting and able to prepare for the upcoming 12 months.
Have the ability to conduct daily forecast by Market segment for a period between 30 and 90 days.Provide critical analysis of strategies, of the seasons, statistics, and demand factors.Conduct competitive and demand analysis.Monitor competitors' pricing and market trends in order to be within and ahead of the market changes.Maintain distribution channel data integrity, and work closely with the connectivity team.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to be able to develop and implement promotions and packages that work in line with our strategy.Independently implement appropriate inventory distribution strategy; maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.Develops near and long term top‑line revenue forecasts upon request from the Revenue Director.Ensure Commission codes are correctly set up and commissions sent and followed up on a weekly basis as a minimum Optimize opportunities and Reduce Risk.Analyses independently and determines whether we are effectively marketing ourselves across OTA's.Ensure that all statistical reports and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.Check the reservations made the previous day.Look over the arrivals in comparison with the availability.Check Deposit not received for arrival next week.Control no show and late cancellation charges.Maintain all reservation standards.Utilize technology and revenue management software to gather and analyze data and make recommendations to optimize revenue.What we need from you:
