Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMHNPs treating low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients
  • Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when appropriate
  • Mentor clinicians and reinforce clinical standards and documentation expectations
  • Be available during agreed working hours to support PMHNP shifts

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems and remote care tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
