The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Executive to join our team in Tbilisi or Dubai (Visa sponsorship available). Reporting to the VP Commercial, you will focus on driving deal origination and business development with institutional clients, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and qualify new commercial opportunities across fintech, digital assets, payments, and other B2B financial services sectors.

  • Manage the full origination lifecycle: from prospecting and outreach through to structuring opportunities with internal stakeholders, while also guiding clients through onboarding.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at target clients.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, compliance, operations and onboarding) to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Monitor market trends in digital assets and B2B banking to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Support the VP Commercial in refining go-to-market strategies and building a scalable origination engine.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within B2B banking, fintech, or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and deal origination within institutional contexts.

  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and digital assets, and how they intersect with traditional finance, is essential; prior commercial experience in these industries is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
