Commercial Operations Specialist

PositionOverview: The Commercial Operations Specialist provideshands-on execution support for KNZ's Sales and Revenue Growth organization. The role works directly with the VP of Sales, Strategic Revenue Manager, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Revenue Operations, and external partners to turn commercial priorities into high-quality customer-facing deliverables. This is an execution-focused role. The goal is to give BDMs and the Revenue Growth organization the execution capacity to move faster, engage strategic accounts more professionally, and spend more time creating and advancing opportunities rather than building materials themselves. Success is measured by output quality and turnaround speed. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with BDMs to develop account-specific presentations, collateral, campaigns, research, and customer-facing materials Create andmaintainsales presentations, case studies, solution briefs, proposal assets, and commercial collateral Build digital and creative assets supporting ABM programs and strategic account penetration Support email campaigns, landing pages, digital content, and campaign production in coordination with Revenue Operations Produce and edit graphics, presentations, short-form video, and other digital content Support BDM prospecting and account-development initiatives with targeted content and campaign assets Support execution of OEM-funded campaigns, executive events, webinars, workshops, and customer programs Translate strategy and campaign concepts from the Strategic Revenue Manager and Strategic Marketing Partner into finished deliverables Maintain website content and organized libraries of commercial assets, templates, and brand materials Use AI and automation tools to improve production speed, quality, and scalability Create campaigns in HubSpot and serve as backup administrator, supporting the Revenue Operations Specialist as needed Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in marketing production, sales enablement, creative operations, or a related field Proficiencyin presentation design (PowerPointrequired; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus) Working knowledge of email/landing page platforms and basic video editing tools Working knowledge of HubSpot, including campaign creation and basic administration; able to serve as backup admin support alongside the Revenue Operations Specialist Strong written and visual communication skills; comfortable turning rough direction into polished, on‐brand deliverables Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests from different stakeholders (VP Sales, Strategic Revenue Manager, BDMs) without dropping quality Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Success Metrics: Average turnaround time on standard asset requests,tracked and reviewed quarterly Number of campaign/collateral deliverables shipped per quarter BDM/stakeholder satisfaction with quality and responsiveness (periodic check-in or survey) On‐time support for scheduled events, webinars, and OEM‐funded campaigns
