Community and Events Manager

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and elite-driven community & events manager

Who will take full ownership of our high-end ecosystem, driving engagement in our community, curating content, and orchestrating top-tier offline experiences for Dubai's absolute best real estate brokers.

This position is a unique mix of high-touch digital community management, content planning, and luxury event/trip production. You will manage and warm up a closed, elite network of top brokers, organizing private masterminds, closed-door gatherings, luxury getaways, and bespoke gifting experiences.

You’ll be the person who keeps this exclusive circle alive, brings top-tier players together, and ensures every touchpoint - from a daily chat prompt to a private trip - is an absolute success.

Responsibilities:

  • Community ownership: Manage, nurture, and grow our closed ecosystem of top-performing brokers and real estate professionals in Dubai.
  • Chat engagement & content: Drive daily engagement and warm-up in our private chat channels; share content suggestions, expert discussions, market insights, and community updates.
  • Exclusive events & trips production: End-to-end planning and execution of private offline events, mixers, masterminds, and luxury trips/getaways for our members.
  • Gifting & perks: Coordinate high-end gifting strategies, welcome kits, and milestone rewards for top community participants.
  • Communications & SMM collaboration: Collaborate closely with the SMM team to plan and post announcements, event recaps, and promotional materials tailored to a luxury audience.
  • Relationship building: Act as the primary concierge and trusted point of contact for our elite members, fostering high loyalty and active participation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in community management, event production, or VIP hospitality (experience in the UAE or luxury real estate sector is a massive plus).
  • Proactivity & resourcefulness: Highly proactive, fast-thinking, and resourceful person who takes total ownership of projects from concept to execution.
  • Communication & EQ: Strong communication skills, impeccable taste, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and absolute discretion when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages (Russian, Arabic) are a strong advantage.
  • Location: Based in Dubai (mandatory).
