In this role, you will manage and nurture our growing talent pool, amplify inspiring success stories, and enhance our online presence through impactful content and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Pool Management
Engage and nurture the talent pool, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Ensure the talent database is up-to-date with accurate profiles and relevant information.
Create opportunities for members to showcase their skills and connect with potential clients.

Community Building
Highlight success stories through posts, articles, and video content.
Plan and execute community engagement activities such as webinars, discussions, or showcases.
Respond promptly to queries and ensure a supportive, inclusive environment.

Social Media Management
Develop and implement a content strategy to grow and engage audiences on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Regularly post updates, success stories, and informative content.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Content Creation
Write compelling case studies to highlight the impact of MENA Alliances.
Draft newsletters to keep the community informed and inspired.
Develop additional marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, and press releases.

Collaboration and Innovation
Work closely with internal teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals.
Coordinate with designers, writers, and external contractors as needed to execute campaigns.

Requirements
Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on creating engaging content.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for content creation and distribution.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful connections.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in recruitment processes or HR practices.
Familiarity with platforms like Discord, or other community management tools.
Basic design or video editing skills for creating visually engaging content.
