Your Role:

As Senior Manager of Method Execution Construction, you will:

  • Lead Construction Methods: Manage and optimize construction method execution for mega projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.

  • Collaborate in FEED Phase: Work closely with engineering teams during the FEED stage to evaluate and plan efficient construction sequences.

  • Resource Planning: Strategically plan manpower, equipment, and temporary facilities during the tender phase.

  • Develop Systems: Innovate and refine construction systems for pre-execution and execution phases.

  • Formulate Strategies: Create and implement effective construction strategies that reflect current market trends and project needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 10–15 years of experience in construction management for mega projects, including hands-on work with Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in construction tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, Candy, and quantity take-off software.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FDIC Conditions of Contract, engineering practices, and multidisciplinary standards (ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, ISO).

  • Leadership Skills: Strong problem-solving and team management abilities, with excellent communication skills in English.
