Consultant - Account Services Associate
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform Customer Due Diligence reviews as part of periodic KYC refresh activities to ensure customer information remains current, complete, and compliant with UAE regulatory requirements, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal bank policies.
- Verify customer identification documents, account information, residency status, employment details, and business activities.
- Review customer account behavior and transaction activity to ensure consistency with the customer's profile.
- Assess customer risk ratings and identify any changes requiring escalation or further due diligence.
- Validate (CDD) information and ensure records are complete and accurately maintained in the bank's systems.
- Identify missing documentation, discrepancies, or potential compliance concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Collaborate with Customers/ Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, and Financial Crime teams to obtain additional information when required.
- Ensure all steps of the remediation cycle are followed and completed with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner as per process turnaround time (follow-up at various stages if requirements are not met is a vital part of the process).
- Ensure required the cases allocated are actioned with in timely manners with quality to enable remediation of the case as main required outcome.
- Maintain a balance between productivity and quality, ensuring efficient case processing without compromising compliance standards.
- Consistently met monthly performance metrics related to case completion, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ensure all allocated cases to self and Makers are managed on daily basis and assign to the users ensuring the SLA & TAT is met.
- Identify the GAP of processed transactions based on QA analysis.
- Identifying & highlighting IT issues related to system & transactions.
- Well versed with systems PEGA, SSP, Finacle, BPM, Factiva, FIRCO, OWC, Watchlist, SIGCAP.
- Aware of the Policy and Procedures related to all activities in Business Banking ARC unit – HRAR Periodic review, Account opening, Customer Screening, Standard Due diligence, e20, CDD, SIGCAP
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Periodic Review/Transaction Processing related to HRAR BB ARC unit, with awareness of ENBD/EI Business applications
- Prior experience in Banking / Back-office processing
- Excellent knowledge of Entity Periodic Review/Transaction Processing policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Ms Office and excellent Written & spoken communication skills
