Continuous Improvement Manager
Role Description The Continuous Improvement Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. The manager will review existing operational processes across COP28 DUBAI UAE functions, identify inefficiencies, and develop structured improvement plans aligned with organizational goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, facilitating cross-functional workshops, mapping processes, and recommending changes that drive operational excellence. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to implement new practices, monitoring results, and refining approaches to ensure sustained improvements.
The Continuous Improvement
Manager will also support documentation of best practices, create simple tools and templates, and help build a culture of continuous improvement across teams.Qualifications
- Strong process improvement capabilities, including Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement skills.
- Demonstrated experience driving Operational Excellence and supporting effective Operations Management.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear recommendations.
- Experience in project or program management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are an advantage.
- Background in large events, sustainability, public sector, or international organizations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai, manage time independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
