JOB DESCRIPTION

We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high‑calibre local graduate (graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the last 12 months) to join our Corporate HR team on a 12‑month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.

Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.

The Opportunity

As a management trainee, you will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in supporting all HR activities across Middle East and Africa. The Human Resources management trainee will provide coordination and assistance for a variety of activities and functions for the Regional HR function.

  • Assists in planning and execution of various HR programs and committee initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines.
  • Collects and formulates regional people data and assists in preparing various monthly reports.
  • Supports activities in the corporate office
  • Works with the hotels to drive projects, data collection and communication
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the regional HR team
