<p><strong>Job description(focus on Utility BESS)</strong>:</p><ol><li><strong>Develop and execute sales strategies</strong> based on the market demand of the country and region, formulate and implement sales strategies, promote the market development and project implementation of utility-scale BESS products, and achieve the sales targets and payment collection set by the company.</li><li><strong>Manage and expand customer relationships</strong> by identifying, following up with, and closing potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Provide technical and business solution support</strong> by having an in-depth understanding of utility-scale BESS business solutions, working closely with the technical team to offer customized solutions for clients.</li><li><strong>Research and understand grid policies and regulations</strong> in research on national and regional power grid policies, regulations and market trends, to ensure that products and solutions comply with local laws and standards.</li><li><strong>Conduct market analysis and reporting</strong> on market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular sales progress and market analysis reports to the company.</li><li><strong>Team collaboration and training</strong>: Assist in building the team in the international market and provide relevant training and support to team members.</li></ol><p><strong>Job requirements:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Educational background</strong>: Bachelor’s degree or higher, major is not limited, power systems, energy management, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Work experience</strong>: More than 5 years of working experience in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development, working experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred, and able to adapt to international business trips.</li><li><strong>Policy knowledge</strong>: Familiar with the national and regional power grid policies, energy regulations and market trends, able to adjust sales strategies according to policy changes.</li><li><strong>Technical background</strong>: Possesses a background in power systems and energy storage technologies, with the ability to understand and explain both technical and business solutions to clients.</li><li><strong>Communication and negotiation skills</strong>: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.</li><li><strong>Language skills</strong>: Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical and business negotiations. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.</li></ol>
