Job Posting Title: Creative Producer, Disney+ Req ID: 10154757 Job Description: About the Role & Team The Disney+ team is responsible for the growth and day to day operation of Disney+ across MENA region, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics. This role sits within the team supporting Disney's streaming platform, Disney+, and reports to the Creative Manager. Working closely with Creative Services and a network of external partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing creative project planning from inception and concept development through to final production. This role is operational and responsible for the timely creation and production of all local AV and static deliverables. Primarily, the role requires all output is produced to meet brand consistency, creative standards, and cost efficiencies. It’s a hands-on role that will occasionally involve scripting, editing, directing voiceovers and shoots when required. Will certainly be required to project manage and keep all stakeholders informed on project progress from conception to completion. This role will be based in our Dubai office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day. What You Will Do - Producing creative, innovative multi-platform digital executions and AV and static content. Working within the framework within allocated budget and timescale - Assisting with the creation of both original and repurposed creative campaigns, either in-house or via a creative agency - Being a key member of the team responsible for planning and implementing creative specifically suited to driving Awareness and Acquisitions for Disney+ across the region. - Working with Marketing and other departments to produce creative assets, brainstorm the ideas (short form, sales tapes, creative pitches etc.) - Ensuring full approvals for all locally developed and localised material as well as ensuring compliance with Disney standards and practices and, importantly, all legal and financial procedures - Respecting the relevant brand style guides Required Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience developing world-class AV and static campaigns and materials ideally within the Entertainment industry. - Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficient in Arabic (written and read). - Solid Adobe skills ( Photoshop & Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects). - Experience of all production techniques is essential – storyboarding, scripting, creating briefs, VO, editing, DV camera work and directing GFX (After FX). - Experience of multi- language workflows is required. - Able to independently manage projects through to delivery – large and small - Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; thrives in high-volume, deadline-driven environment - Exceptional time management & organisational abilities - Deep understanding of the cultural norms and nuances of MENA region from both a brand and audience perspective - Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once - Highly self-motivated and responsible - Capable of working calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines - Excellent creative writing skills. - Graphic Design skills. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Excellent attention to detail and high personal creative standards.
