As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we're in search of a Crew Member for our Dubai International Airport Branch.
In this role you will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
Crew Members will be trained in different positions in the restaurant.
Some of these areas may include Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns and DressingsResponsibilitiesEnsure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult customer queries to Managers.Adhere to brand standards at all times and keeping up to date with Five Guys University courses.Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively input efforts to achieve these.Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort including restocking of workstations, upkeep of restroom and terrace areas, and any other daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.Follow basic essentials - uniforms, grooming and punctuality and strictly follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices.Use the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets.Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the managementQualificationsPreferred Educational Qualifications And Professional CertificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.ExperienceMinimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or on a similar role, excellent customer serviceFor more information about Shamal, please visit our LinkedIn page:
