Job Description

Are you a highly analytical and curious data professional with a passion for uncovering compelling customer insights? Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Data Insight Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in transforming vast quantities of raw customer data into actionable strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences across our diverse portfolio of brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex customer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights into customer behavior, preferences, and segmentation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize customer insights.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on specific customer journeys, campaigns, and product performance to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to define data requirements, provide analytical support, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast customer churn, lifetime value (CLTV), and purchasing intent.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various data sources.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics, customer insights, and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on customer data.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with a statistical programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
