Deluxe Holiday Homes is Dubai's leading vacation rental management firm, boasting a comprehensive suite of services that spans across vacation rentals, property management, real estate brokerage, and more. With a commitment to innovation, professionalism, and excellence, we manage over 800 properties and employ a dedicated team of over 300 professionals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced English and Arabic speaker UAE National as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin with a valid UAE Driving License to join our newly established Fujairah branch (located in Sharm neighborhood, Fujairah).

Note: Our office is situated in the Sharm area of Fujairah. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to commute to and from the office using their own personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Process reservations over the phone, via email, or in-person.

  • Ensure that all reservations have accurate and detailed information.

  • Provide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and local attractions.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, office supplies procurement, etc.

  • Prepare daily schedule and coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance teams for daily operations.

  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Other additional admin task assigned by the supervisor.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
