Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Work From Home) based in Abu Dhabi.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.

·      Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

·      Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

·      Process customer requests, orders, returns, cancellations, and account updates accurately.

·      Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

·      Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

·      Meet individual and team performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity KPIs.

·      Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy procedures.

·      Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal departments to resolve customer issues.

·      Stay updated on company products, services, and process changes through ongoing training.

·      Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

·      High school diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

·      Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, or administrative support.

·      Previous experience working remotely or in a work-from-home environment is an advantage.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

·      Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

·      Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Workspace.

·      Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.

·      High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

·      Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

·      Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.

·      Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
