Position Overview: PhoneBox is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to mobile plans, account management, billing, activations, technical issues, and general service requests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
