Valentino Middle East | Dubai, UAE At the intersection of Luxury and Fashion, our Finance team plays a central role in shaping strategic decisions, from retail performance to operational management. We are looking for a curious, rigorous, and motivated intern to join us for a 12-month mission and contribute meaningfully to our data-driven journey. ### Your Mission Embedded within the Finance team, you will support the transformation of financial and retail data into actionable insights. You will work closely with the Finance team across reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement. ### Your key activities and responsibilities will include * Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking retail KPIs (sales, sell-through rates, average transaction value, stock management) across GCC boutiques * Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting by consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources (ERP, POS, Excel) * Assist in managing databases during month-end closing activities including sales reconciliation, commissions, marketing & communication expenses and fixed costs tracking * Support the Financial Planning activity including the preparation of Budget and Forecast scenarios * Contribute to the automation of recurring reporting processes using Power BI, or equivalent tools * Assist in ad hoc business analyses supporting accounting, logistic and retail teams to take minded decisions (new openings, budget reviews, investment cases) * Collaborate with the Finance, Retail and Operations teams to improve data quality and consistency ### Your Profile You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field at a leading business school or engineering school. ### You bring * A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach * Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and ideally in Power BI, Python, or SQL * A genuine interest in the luxury retail industry and its commercial dynamics * The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment * Fluency in English; Italian or Arabic is a plus ### What We Offer * A 12-month immersive experience within a prestigious luxury fashion Maison * Direct exposure to GCC market dynamics and multi-country operations * A mentoring relationship with experienced Finance professionals * An international, collaborative, and stimulating work environment The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
