You will provide recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and improve performance measures to achieve defined strategic objectives as well as develop specific metrics to guide stakeholders on trends / targets and deviations alongwith a framework of systems to provide governance. The role is based full-time in our Dubai office.In This Role, You WillOversee the review, analysis, and reconciliation of data generated reports and ensure published reports remain relevant and support the business to improve Operations.Works with key stakeholders as the business support representative with IT - to develop requirements, business processes, and Statements of Work for new systems and upgrades or additional features of existing systems.Manage the daily operations, workflow, and supervise data management of staff to ensure provision of technical support to the Business Intelligence platform adopted for dnata Cargo including data integration and implementation.Collect and analyse stored data in order to develop business requirements, identify possible conflicts with the strategy and make recommendations for improvement.Assess and analyse all processes on an ongoing basis to determine their effectiveness, eliminate inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve workflow, operations and staff performance.Develop data management capability and the use of analytics for predictive/forecast ability to support decision made.Work with Functional Heads to develop, refine and validate resource algorithms with respect to resource planning and allocation. Review the results of the operational analysis with the Resource Planning team to evaluate defined engagement standards.QualificationTo be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:Bachelor's degree or Honours in Operational Research, Industrial or other Engineering.Minimum 10-12 years of experience within Airline/Handling environment or similar.At least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.You Will Have An Edge, If You HavePost-graduate qualification in Business Management.Knowledge & experience of Cargo operations, Logistics or Supply Chain industry.At Emirates Group, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop in their careers.
