The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk / Data Processing Assistant, you will support the accurate entry, processing, verification, organization, and maintenance of business information across digital systems. You will work with administrative, finance, operations, sales, and other teams to ensure data is processed efficiently and records remain complete and accurate. This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and collaboration with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and process information across databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal platforms.
  • Review source documents and verify data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and formatting.
  • Process high volumes of records while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, records, and supporting business information.
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, duplicate identification, and error correction.
  • Update customer, supplier, employee, financial, inventory, or operational records as required.
  • Assist with data reconciliation and investigate discrepancies between different systems or records.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, data summaries, reports, and routine administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data entry, data processing, data management, and administrative workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong typing, numerical, organizational, and data verification skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information responsibly.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to follow established processes accurately.
  • Ability to manage repetitive and high-volume tasks while maintaining consistent accuracy.
