  • Description:
  • Lead 10 or more one-hour live sessions per week teaching DeFi concepts to beginner through advanced students.
  • Support, track, and contribute to the success of approximately 400 students per six-month period.
  • Explain complex DeFi and crypto concepts in a simple, accessible way.
  • Create research reports on various crypto projects.
  • Share insights on DeFi and crypto projects with the community.
  • Write two short articles per week on DeFi, tools, projects, ecosystems, and news.
  • Create video content and Loom recordings as needed.
  • Perform trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify opportunities.
  • Work directly with the Director of Education, Product Manager, and other analysts/mentors on a daily basis.
  • Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in either the EST time zone or the APAC time zone.
  • Experience leading education initiatives, programs, or similar efforts.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong exposure to the DeFi community and an active social media presence.
  • Must be a user of DeFi.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the crypto and blockchain space.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts, solutions, and architectures in a simplified manner.
  • Extreme open-mindedness to new ideas and a mindset of continuous learning.
