Dell Deployment Consultant (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a Dell Deployment Consultant (Russian Speaker) to support the deployment, implementation, and integration of Dell Technologies solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to plan, install, configure, and deploy Dell infrastructure solutions while ensuring successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluency in Russian and English, strong technical deployment experience, and the ability to manage customer engagements throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of Dell Technologies solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Install, configure, and deploy Dell infrastructure products, including servers, storage, virtualization, and related solutions.
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into deployment plans.
  • Perform solution installation, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
  • Execute system upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities with minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct system health checks and deployment verification.
  • Support hardware and software integration activities.
  • Perform troubleshooting during deployment and coordinate issue resolution with Dell technical support when required.
  • Develop implementation documentation, deployment guides, and technical reports.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user or administrator training.
  • Ensure deployments follow Dell best practices and customer requirements.
  • Provide post-deployment support and transition projects to the support team.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, or professional services.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience deploying Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerScale, Unity XT, or other Dell storage solutions.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and SAN technologies.
  • Experience with data migration and infrastructure deployment projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dell Technologies certifications (DCA, DCS, DCE, or equivalent).
  • Experience with VMware, Microsoft, or Red Hat technologies.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
