Job Description:
We are hiring Registered Nurses for home healthcare services.

As a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in patients’ homes, ensuring high-quality medical and personal care while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based nursing care according to physician’s plan of care
  • Perform IV cannulation, injections, and blood sampling
  • Monitor vital signs (BP, blood sugar, temperature, oxygen saturation)
  • Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) when required
  • Handle post-operative care, wound care, and chronic disease management
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care routines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting after each visit
  • Coordinate with doctors and internal team for patient follow-up

Requirements:

  • DHA Eligibility or DHA License (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and committed attitude
  • Home healthcare experience is a plus
  • Immediate joining preferred
