Digital Growth & Performance Manager – Real Estate & Consulting Company

Location: Dubai, UAE | Relocation: India-based candidates welcome Pay: AED 4,000 – 10,000 per month Work Location: In person - Dubai

About the Role

We are looking for a tech-driven, performance-obsessed Digital Growth Manager to own visibility, reach, and lead generation across our Real Estate and Consulting businesses. This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role — it's a hybrid position for someone who thinks like a growth hacker, executes like a performance marketer, and understands the digital and AI-driven tools that can scale a brand fast.

You'll be responsible for everything that drives discoverability and demand: paid performance campaigns, SEO/organic visibility, lead generation systems, branding consistency, and exploring how AI and app-based tools can further accelerate our growth. If you're equally comfortable optimizing a Meta Ads dashboard, improving organic search rankings, and evaluating whether a new AI tool or app could unlock growth for the business — this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Growth
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a clear focus on ROI and cost-per-lead
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Own the full lead generation funnel — from ad click to qualified handoff to sales
Digital & Organic Visibility
  • Drive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings for both business verticals
  • Build and manage organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical SEO to increase discoverability
  • Track keyword performance, domain authority, and organic traffic growth
Branding & Content
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital touchpoints
  • Manage the content calendar and oversee creative output (briefing designers, reviewing content quality)
  • Support thought-leadership content for the consulting arm — articles, case studies, LinkedIn posts
Tech, AI & App-Driven Growth
  • Identify and implement AI tools that can support marketing efficiency, content creation, or customer engagement
  • Explore and support app-development initiatives that improve customer reach and experience (e.g., property discovery tools, consulting client portals)
  • Stay current on martech, AI, and automation trends relevant to real estate and consulting industries
  • Recommend and integrate tools (chatbots, AI content assistants, automation workflows) to scale marketing output without scaling headcount
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on performance metrics — traffic, lead quality, cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates, organic growth
  • Use data to continuously refine strategy across both paid and organic channels
  • Present clear, actionable insights to leadership tying marketing performance to business outcomes
Required Experience & Skills Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):
  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing role
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO (technical and content SEO)
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital tools, automation, and how AI can be applied to marketing and business growth
  • Experience managing lead generation funnels end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset — confident with analytics platforms, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Highly Preferred:
  • Exposure to or interest in app development / product growth (even at a conceptual/PM level, not necessarily coding)
  • Experience in Dubai or GCC digital marketing landscape
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, or similar
  • Background in real estate, consulting, or professional B2B/B2C services
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools (content generation, chatbots, automation platforms) in a business context
What We Offer
  • Ownership of the full digital growth function across two high-growth businesses
  • Real decision-making authority — this is a builder's role, not an execution-only position
  • Performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and growth outcomes
  • Opportunity to grow into a Head of Digital / Head of Growth role as both verticals scale
  • Visa processing handled by the company
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your impact is directly visible
Who Should Apply You're a digital-first marketer who lives at the intersection of performance, SEO, branding, and technology. You know how to make a brand more visible, generate leads that convert, and you're genuinely curious about how AI and apps can push growth further. You move fast, own your numbers, and think like a builder — not just a marketer.
