Digital Marketing and Content Specialist

Istari Digital is a high-growth technology company enabling the next generation of AI-native engineering across aerospace, defense, and industrial enterprises. Our infrastructure platform orchestrates data across tools, organizations, and classification levels, removing barriers that limit digital engineering, and empowers customers to modernize mission-critical workflows and unlock meaningful ROI from digital transformation at scale.

As demand accelerates across commercial aerospace & defense, we are expanding our marketing organization to support execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs, including the content that fuels them.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist leads content creation and digital campaign execution across Istari's marketing channels. This role partners closely with the Marketing Lead to translate messaging and campaign strategy into the content and campaigns that drive demand: emails, landing pages, digital ads, webinars, social media video clips.

You will write and produce campaign content, execute email, paid, social, and web campaigns end to end, and report on performance to inform what gets built next. You'll also turn raw material like event footage, employee and customer interviews, or podcast recordings into publish-ready content. Your work should ultimately be measurable against top-of-funnel pipeline impact.

The Marketing Lead owns marketing strategy, budget, and messaging across the business. The Field Marketing Manager owns field and in-person execution. The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist owns content creation and digital campaign execution, ensuring every email, ad, and landing page reflects Istari's brand and drives measurable results.

Together, these roles translate company strategy into consistent, coordinated go-to-market execution across every channel prospects encounter.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Write email copy, landing page copy, ad creative, and social captions consistent with brand voice across campaigns, including both ABM-targeted content for priority accounts and broader campaign content; source and design accompanying visuals
  • Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email snippets, and sales one-pagers, helping a single piece of content reach further across channels

Webinars

  • Plan and execute virtual webinars and livestreams, including identifying topics and audiences in coordination with the Marketing Lead, building registration pages, and managing promotion; send post-webinar marketing follow-up (recording, nurture emails) and pass attendee data to sales for outreach

Social Media

  • Schedule and maintain the social content calendar so posting stays consistent, monitor engagement by responding to comments and DMs, and track performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, and top-performing posts to understand what's resonating
  • Edit short-form video clips from event footage, employee and customer interviews, and podcast episodes into social-ready posts, including trimming, captions, and formatting for platform specs

Blog & SEO

  • Format and upload blog posts in Webflow, including sourcing and formatting supporting visuals, so content is publish-ready even when written elsewhere
  • Manage on-page SEO fundamentals, including meta titles and descriptions, alt text, header structure, and internal linking, and monitor overall site health for issues like broken links, slow page speed, or indexing problems

Email & Campaign Execution

  • Maintain email list hygiene, including segmentation, suppression lists, bounce and unsubscribe management, and list growth tracking; build and launch email campaigns and nurture sequences in the marketing automation platform, including sequences built specifically for ABM target accounts
  • Build and publish personalized landing pages for campaigns and target accounts so the digital experience feels tailored rather than generic
  • Support execution of paid social and paid search campaigns, including account-based targeting such as LinkedIn ABM ads aimed at specific target accounts
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and creative to continually improve campaign performance
  • Set up and maintain UTM parameters and CRM tagging so campaign and ABM performance can be traced and reported on accurately
  • QA every campaign before launch, checking links, formatting, personalization tokens, and mobile rendering to catch mistakes before real prospects see them

Website

  • Make ongoing Webflow website updates, such as banner swaps and landing page edits, keeping the site current without needing a developer for every small change

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Pull a monthly digital marketing summary covering social, blog, SEO, email, and campaign performance for the Marketing Lead's review
  • Coordinate with sales on campaign-driven follow-up so leads generated by digital campaigns get timely attention, and support the Field Marketing Manager with content needs for field programs, such as event invite copy, signage, or one-pagers for a conference booth

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in content marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation
  • Strong writing portfolio in email, web copy, or similar formats
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform
