Overview of the role:

Responsible for creating Festival City’s regional digital strategy whilst working closely with the regions to ensure consistent and effective use of both paid and owned digital channels.

Digital Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and implement Doha Festival City's digital marketing strategy aligned with the annual marketing calendar and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase digital reach, customer engagement, mall footfall and commercial performance.
  • Benchmark competitors and industry trends to ensure Doha Festival City remains a leader in digital marketing.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives deliver measurable ROI and support brand positioning.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers and content creators to produce engaging digital content.
  • Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor community engagement and customer sentiment using social listening tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize content performance through continuous testing and analysis.

Digital Advertising & Paid Media

  • Manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display and Programmatic platforms.
  • Work closely with media agencies to develop media strategies, budgets, execution plans and optimization.
  • Define campaign KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment, conversions and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify, engage and manage influencers, content creators and media partners.
  • Execute influencer campaigns from briefing through reporting.
  • Build long-term partnerships supporting seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.

Website, SEO & Customer Experience
