Digital Marketing Manager – AI, Performance Marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Marketing Experience: 2–3 Years Employment: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with strong AI expertise to join our team in Dubai. This is not a traditional Digital Marketing or SEO role. We are specifically looking for someone who actively uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing and understands how AI is changing paid advertising, search, content creation, lead generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have practical experience across: AI Marketing | Performance Marketing | Google Ads | Meta Ads | SEO | AEO | GEO | GA4 | Lead Generation | Marketing Automation You should be equally comfortable building AI prompts and workflows, creating and optimizing campaigns, analysing GA4 data, improving Google rankings, and increasing brand visibility across AI search platforms. Key Responsibilities AI-Powered Digital Marketing - Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other Generative AI tools for marketing strategy, content, research, advertising and campaign optimization. - Build AI-powered marketing workflows, prompts, automations and SOPs. - Use AI to improve ad copy, creatives, landing pages, lead generation and conversion rates. - Research, test and implement new AI marketing and automation tools. - Explore AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics and marketing automation. - Keep the company ahead of emerging developments in AI Search and AI Marketing. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation - Independently manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. - Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns. - Plan and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates. - Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, audiences and retargeting. - Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, headlines, copy, audiences and landing pages. - Use AI-powered bidding, targeting and optimization tools to improve campaign performance. - Focus strongly on generating qualified leads and measurable business results, not simply impressions or traffic. SEO – Search Engine Optimization - Manage Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO. - Conduct keyword research, competitor research and content-gap analysis. - Improve organic rankings, website traffic and conversions. - Work on Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability, internal linking and site structure. - Use tools including Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs. - Develop SEO content strategies aligned with commercial search intent. AEO – Answer Engine Optimization - Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask and voice/answer-based searches. - Create answer-first content including FAQs, definitions and structured informational pages. - Implement and optimize Schema Markup / Structured Data. - Improve the brand’s visibility for direct-answer search results. GEO – Generative Engine Optimization A key part of this position is understanding the next generation of search. - Improve company and brand visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and other AI/LLM platforms. - Understand how brands, websites and content are discovered, retrieved and referenced by AI systems. - Structure website content for AI crawlers, LLM retrieval and generative search. - Monitor how our brands appear in AI-generated answers and identify visibility gaps. - Work with entities, authoritative sources, structured content and machine-readable information. - Use or evaluate GEO/AEO monitoring platforms such as Profound, Otterly.AI, Peec AI or similar tools. Analytics, Strategy & Reporting - Track performance across Paid Media + SEO + AEO + GEO. - Build dashboards covering leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, organic rankings and AI-search visibility. - Use GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager to make data-driven decisions. - Present monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. - Identify what is working, what is not working and what needs to be changed. - Manage external agencies/freelancers where required. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience, preferably with direct responsibility for both paid and organic acquisition.
