Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation Focus)

About the Client

We’re helping a Cork-based digital agency find a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven lead generation campaigns across multiple client accounts.

The agency works with Irish SMEs across service-based industries, B2B, professional services, retail, and eCommerce — with a strong focus on practical, measurable growth rather than vanity metrics.

This is a performance-focused environment where ownership, strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong campaign execution are highly valued.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketer who can take ownership of lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts and operate independently without constant direction.

This is not a junior execution role. The ideal candidate should be able to assess an account strategically, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and proactively recommend and implement improvements.

The role will primarily support clients in:

  • Home Services (solar, kitchens, windows, installations, etc.)
  • B2B & Professional Services (accountants, solicitors, IT services, consultants, etc.)

The primary focus is on generating qualified leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads, while also contributing to SEO, AI-assisted marketing workflows, tracking, and campaign strategy.

Role Details

Commitment: Full-Time
Location: Fully Remote (PH-based candidates preferred)
Working Hours: Aligned with UK business hours
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Start Date: ASAP
Monthly Rate: USD 1400-1600/month (can be higher, depending on level of experience)

  • Brief designers or creative teams on required campaign assets
  • Use data to explain what is working, what needs improvement, and what should happen next
  • Support lead-generation strategy across both home services and B2B client accounts
  • Apply SEO understanding where relevant, especially around landing pages, site structure, and AI search visibility

Analytics, Tracking & Optimisation

  • Ensure accurate tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and related platforms
  • Monitor conversion performance, attribution, and funnel quality
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and campaign analysis

  • Experience using AI tools within marketing workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is both strategic and hands-on

  • Understands how to generate qualified leads, not just clicks or impressions
  • Is proactive, commercially aware, and highly accountable
  • Uses data to drive decisions and communicate clearly
  • Is comfortable operating in a fast-moving agency environment with multiple priorities
