Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive / Growth Specialist focused on driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of IBM Cloud products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, and web, aligned with growth and lead-generation objectives. The role involves analyzing web and campaign performance data, generating insights, and optimizing content, targeting, and budgets to improve conversion and ROI.

The specialist will collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to create compelling messaging, landing pages, and digital assets, and will support A/B testing, marketing automation workflows, and reporting dashboards. This position requires consistent cross-functional communication, proactive experimentation with new growth tactics, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines.
