Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & PPC)

Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & PPC) | Dubai

I'm recruiting on behalf of a UAE-based consultancy looking for a hands-on digital marketer to take full ownership of their search activity.

The important part: everything is run in house. No agencies, no outsourcing, no handing the account to a third party and managing the relationship. If you build campaigns yourself and want the whole channel under your control, this is that role.

You will report directly to the directors, so your analysis and recommendations go straight to the decision makers.

What you'll own

  • PPC end to end. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn. Planning, build, launch, optimisation, reporting
  • SEO end to end. Technical audits, on-page, content briefs, link strategy, rank tracking
  • The numbers. CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, organic visibility
  • The recommendation. Reading the data is half the job, telling the directors what to do next is the other half
What they're looking for
  • Roughly 2 to 4 years running paid search and SEO, agency or in-house
  • Confident in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs or SEMrush
  • Able to defend a decision with data
  • Self-sufficient. There is no senior marketer above you checking the work
You'll do well here if
  • You'd rather own one channel properly than touch five badly
  • You're comfortable being the only marketing voice in the room
  • You like being asked "so what do we do about it" and having an answer ready
The details
  • Dubai based, Monday to Friday
  • Junior to mid level, reporting into the directors
  • Employment visa and medical insurance provided by the company
  • Compensation benchmarked against the Dubai market and set on experience. I'll discuss the full package openly on our first call, before you go any further
  • Client name shared once we've spoken
