Digital Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist, who is at the heart of the growth, retention and customer satisfaction in the Technogym Digital Solutions. The role covers a blend of three key pillars of activity:   OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB: · Achieve sales and profitability target of our digital offering · Successfully plan, educate and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions into the fitness sector · Provide best in class ongoing support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. · Education and support a blend of onsite training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity   The successful candidate will be consultative by nature as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education and customer retention. You will have a passion for fitness, digital technology and wellness. You will also be achievement-driven, a strong team-player, professional and with exceptional customer–relationship skills. As the role involves a high degree of travel, the candidate should expect some overnight stays and will be independent and well-organized. Responsibilities: · Achieve sales and profitability target of our digital offering: software, hardware and devices · Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force on the subject of our Wellness Network offering · Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions regardless the existence of an equipment opportunity · Take care of customers education and activation in terms of e-learning, live education, tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of mywellness platform and to maximize active users · Build best practices based on successful real customers case history in order to demonstrate the value of our digital solution offering on the market · Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management · Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction Requirements - Education and Qualification: · 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Digital Sales field · Bachelor or Master Degree · Fluent in English · Previous experience with Premium/Luxury products, solutions Selling value · Project management – methodologies and tools · Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills · Knowledge of CRM management · Knowledge of consultative selling techniques · Long-term customer relationship management skills · Sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management · Customer experience: analysis and deployment of processes and projects Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile Technogym #qatar a branch of ALI BIN ALI’s Sports & Lifestyle Company.
