Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring across Adelphi, driving high-touch candidate experiences from outreach to offer negotiations
  • Design and execute specialized sourcing strategies for Forward Deployed AI Engineers and other technical roles
  • Conduct structured, scorecard-based interviews in partnership with technical evaluators
  • Build and document foundational recruiting infrastructure including trackers, process guides, and offer frameworks
  • Manage external partner relationships and negotiate terms with recruiting agencies and sourcing platforms

Requirements

  • Proven track record of standing up recruiting functions from scratch
  • Deep hands-on experience recruiting and closing top-tier AI/ML and technical engineering candidates
  • Direct experience recruiting technical talent for government, defense, or intelligence agency customers
  • Experience scaling pipelines for customer-facing technical roles
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Must be clearance eligible
