Job Description Disaster Recovery (DR) Administrator The Disaster Recovery (DR) Administrator is responsible for ensuring end-to-end disaster recovery readiness across infrastructure, applications, network, and data center environments. The role focuses on planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of DR strategies, ensuring zero service disruption and strict adherence to SLA, compliance, and regulatory requirements . Role Overvi ewThe DR Administrator will support and execute enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery programs, including annual DR planning, drills execution, automation initiatives, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. L3 / SME level with strong DR execution experience and hands-on experience in live DR drills, not just planning. The role requires deep understanding of IT infrastructure, application dependencies, network architecture, and DR governance. Preferred exposure to banking/regulated environment s.
