As a Document Control Trainer at Excellence Training Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality document control training programs to professionals and corporate clients. You will equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively manage project documentation, establish robust control systems, and master essential industry software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for the Document Control course.
  • Teach foundational Document Control principles, tracking methodologies, and archiving best practices through engaging classroom sessions.
  • Introduce and teach the basic level of Oracle Aconex software to participants.
  • Provide practical examples, case studies, and hands-on exercises to ensure an interactive learning environment.
  • Guide participants on standard industry workflows, document distribution matrices, and quality control auditing procedures.
  • Evaluate student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback throughout the training.

Schedule & Availability Requirements:

  • Course Duration: Estimated 16 hours total per batch.
  • Class Timings: Evening sessions only (starting after 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM).
  • Days: Weekdays (predominantly Thursdays, along with other scheduled weekdays).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Document Control management within professional environments (Engineering, Construction, or Corporate sectors).
  • Strong working knowledge of standard Document Control procedures, lifecycle management, and basic proficiency in Oracle Aconex.
  • Practical understanding of handling RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and drawing registers.
  • Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an interactive, engaging delivery style.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in Document Control / EDMS systems.
  • Direct experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
  • Familiarity with other EDMS tools is an added advantage.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: QR 700 - QR 800 fixed per 16-hour batch (Part-Time / Freelance Role).
