Document Controller - Development
Provide administrative and technical document control support to the Development Team by managing tracking distributing and maintaining all project-related documentation in accordance with company procedures quality standards and project requirements Ensure that all design and technical documents are properly controlled updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders Key Responsibilities Receive register log and track all incoming and outgoing project documents Ensure that the latest approved revisions of drawings and documents are available for use and that document records remain accurate and up to date Manage and maintain design drawings specifications calculations material submittals technical reports contracts and project correspondence Upload organize and maintain electronic documents within document management systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms Distribute approved drawings specifications and technical documents to internal departments consultants contractors and subcontractors Monitor document review and approval workflows and follow up on pending or overdue responses Maintain document registers revision histories transmittal records and distribution logs Coordinate with architects engineers designers project managers consultants and contractors regarding document status and approvals Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project documentation requirements Generate documents and provide status updates as required Qualifications Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, Document Management, Information Management, or a related field. Professional certification in Document Control or Records Management is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems. Experience Minimum 3u20135 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or project-based environments. Proven experience in managing technical documents, drawings, contracts, and project correspondence. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Familiarity with document management systems and document control workflows.
