DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (URGENT - CEBU CITY)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES a. Job Summary:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation in an organized and systematic manner. This role ensures that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.

b. Functional Duties & Responsibilities:

Document Management

  1. Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings,
specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  1. Ensure documentation is properly labeled and stored in both physical and digital
formats.

Document Control Procedures

  1. Implement and manage document control processes to ensure compliance with
regulatory and organizational standards.
  1. Monitor the flow of documents through the project lifecycle, maintaining version
control and an accurate audit trail.

Quality Assurance

  1. Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution
to relevant parties.
  1. Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all required documentation is
submitted on time

Reporting

  1. Generate reports on document status, including pending documents, approvals,
and any issues that arise.
  1. Assist in preparing project reports and presentations by providing necessary
documentation.
  1. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to
facilitate document sharing and collaboration.
  1. Attend project meetings to provide updates on documentation status and address any issues.
Basic Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a bachelor's or a college degree in any field.
  • Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, Medical requirements, and verified Gcash account (for payroll processing)
  • FRESH GRADUATES are also encouraged to apply
  • At least two (2) years of working experience
  • must be unemployed or not connected presently
  • The candidate must be able to start as soon as possible
  • Competencies Required (Proficient in MS Office, especially EXCEL; good communication and writing skills; efficient management and organization skills; open-minded and able to work in complex projects and environments)
