E-Commerce & Online Marketplace Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Online Marketplace Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our B2C and B2B online sales channels.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Noon and be capable of independently handling orders, documentation, invoicing, payments, returns and marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Microless and other online marketplaces.
  • Have strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Carrier Central.
  • Process and monitor orders received through Amazon, Noon and other platforms.
  • Submit invoices, delivery documents and other required documentation through marketplace portals.
  • Follow up on payments, deductions, claims, credit notes and account statements.
  • Reconcile marketplace sales, invoices, payments, returns and deductions.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability and promotions.
  • Monitor account health, marketplace performance and compliance.
  • Handle returns, claims, disputes and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance and marketplace teams.
  • Prepare regular sales, inventory and payment reports.

B2B Online Platforms

Experience with B2B platforms such as GSM Exchange, Exporter.SG and similar international wholesale marketplaces is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of B2B inquiries, quotations, customer communication, documentation, invoicing, payments and order fulfillment is preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience preferred.
  • Strong practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Noon.
  • Good knowledge of Amazon Carrier Central.
  • Experience handling marketplace orders, invoices, payments, returns and claims.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or mobile accessories is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Trendyol, Microless or other regional/international marketplaces is a plus.
  • Strong English communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Important: Candidates without practical hands-on experience with Amazon and Noon will not be considered.
