E-Commerce Sales Specialist
What You Will Do: E-Commerce Sales Performance - Own sales performance for assigned e-commerce accounts, delivering agreed revenue and growth targets. - Monitor sales trends, identify gaps versus targets, and take corrective actions to improve performance. - Work with the E-Commerce Manager on complex or high-impact business issues. - Prepare and share relevant sales insights in regular business reviews and meetings. Digital Shelf & Content Management - Ensure product listings, content, pricing, promotions, and availability are accurate and up to date across e-commerce platforms. - Improve key digital KPIs including product availability, search visibility, conversion, and content quality. - Monitor out-of-stock issues and coordinate with Supply Chain to resolve availability gaps. Promotions & Digital Marketing - Execute platform promotions and campaigns in line with commercial and marketing plans. - Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity and recommend adjustments where appropriate. - Analyze digital marketing and promotional performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion. Data & Insights - Use e-commerce analytics and internal data to identify sales drivers, trends, and opportunities. - Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve traffic, conversion, and sales. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and IT to ensure smooth e-commerce execution. - Coordinate stock, invoicing, forecasting, and delivery-related activities. - Prepare monthly e-commerce demand forecasts with Supply Chain and Demand Planning. What You'll Need: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field. - Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, account management, or a related commercial role. - Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital shelf management, promotions, pricing, and product content. - Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with e-commerce analytics or BI tools is an advantage. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
