E-Commerce Specialist - Qatar Duty Free - Doha, Qatar Position Overview Qatar Duty Free is seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to oversee daily operations of the QDF eStore, ensuring smooth performance across campaigns, promotions, and customer experience initiatives. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize digital operations, drive conversions, and support business growth through data-driven insights and continuous process improvement. Job Details Country: Qatar City: Doha Industry: Retail Function: Digital Content Development Salary: 18000-21000 QAR per month (market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Manage daily online store operations including promotions, product updates, activations, and brand campaigns. * Maintain an updated portfolio of offers and ensure timely deployment of loyalty marketing initiatives with the Privilege Club team. * Review and optimize product assortment with Category Management and senior stakeholders to ensure market relevance. * Monitor and analyze eStore performance KPIs, web analytics, and campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with Demand Planning to produce accurate eCommerce forecasts and operational plans. * Coordinate with Customer Service, Fulfilment, and F&B departments to ensure seamless end-to-end eStore execution. * Develop and maintain operational procedures and workflow documentation for consistency and compliance. * Support customer experience personalization initiatives, including segmentation and targeted digital campaigns. * Participate in testing and rollout of new eCommerce features and enhancements. * Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and agencies to ensure uninterrupted online business operations. * Prepare regular business reports and share actionable insights with management to guide decision-making. Ideal Profile * Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or digital retail operations. * Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. * Experience working with CMS platforms and managing online content. * Advanced MS Excel skills and understanding of P&L principles. * Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping. * Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external partners. * Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. Preferred * Background in shopper or trade marketing. * Experience in eStore personalization and conversion rate optimization (CRO). * Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
