Job Description – Electrical & Automation Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a proactive Electrical & Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation, instrumentation, control panels, and commissioning. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, customer-focused, and capable of supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, assemble, test, and commission electrical control panels (PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, and control panels).

· Install, configure, troubleshoot, and commission PLC, HMI, VFD, instrumentation, and industrial networking systems.

· Perform electrical installations, loop checking, cable testing, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning.

· Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and instrumentation faults.

· Prepare technical drawings, documentation, reports, and project handover documents.

· Provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and customer training.

· Identify potential customers, generate new business leads, and develop client relationships.

· Prepare technical proposals and quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders.

· Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.

· Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.

· Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation, and panel commissioning.

· Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, industrial instrumentation, and AutoCAD/EPLAN is preferred.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer relationship skills.

· UAE driving license is an added advantage.
